Tokyo Gap-Financing Market (TGFM) is inaugurating its first awards program at the sixth edition of the industry platform, taking place October 29–31 as part of TIFFCOM 2025. The TIFFCOM TGFM 2025 Awards will be presented during a ceremony on October 31 at Midtown Hibiya’s Lexus Meets venue. The awards will honor projects within the Tokyo Projects slate and elevate Tokyo’s gap-financing ecosystem on the global stage. In addition to the awards, TGFM is hosting producer sessions with representatives from Cannes and Venice to connect Tokyo-based filmmakers with international producers and buyers, reinforcing cross-border collaboration during TIFFCOM 2025.
